CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS POLICY
DOG WALKING PROGRAM
Full payment due at booking via credit/debit card on file with Loyalty. Changes requested that alter the cost of Client’s project including processing fees are processed automatically. Modification made that reduces Client’s total project balance will result in a credit for the balance to Client’s account, which will be used towards Client’s next appointment. Monthly mid-day dog walking Clients are immune to the cancellation fee for individual walks; however Loyalty requires a ten (10) business day notice of cancellation of contract in whole for any monthly mid-day dog walking contract. Loyalty will not credit or refund for services not rendered due to occasional inclement weather events. Extended crisis inclement weather events that last for three (3) or more days where the Federal Government closes and Loyalty does not deliver non-essential walk program services, Client will be credited at 50% service value for each missed walk and employee will be compensated at 50% their normal rate of pay for their time.
