We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
How To Schedule an Appointment:
1. Select the "Schedule Appointment" link at the top
2. Name appointment (For Example; Trip to Disney or Business in China, etc.)
3. Enter start date of appointment, use calendar or enter dates manually
4. Enter end date of the appointment
5. Select continue
6. If multiple days, you can choose the same visits each day or if time frame changes, go day by day
(TIP: If you select “all days are the same”, you can go back and edit any days that are not the same. Usually clients leave midday on the first day and come back before night on the last day.)
7. If you do not want one of those days because you will be home, uncheck the day you do not need service
8. Select the service that you want and the times of day you would like service for each day. We have visits ranging from 30 minutes to overnight
9. Your appointment will be sent to the office for approval and confirmation. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation
10. If you want to make a change to a day click on the blue date field to add or delete visits as needed
