If you are a new or existing client and this is your first time using the system, please use the login and password given to you by the administrator. If you do not have these, please email us at email@example.com.
We have moved to online payment only! To add your debit or credit card, simply log in and click on "Edit My Info," and enter your card under "Payment Method." Your card will be charged 1-3 days before the start of service (unless the booking contains a holiday). If you are a new client, then full payment for your first booking is due by the day of the consultation.
When logging in, be sure both your client profile and pet profiles, and debit/credit card on file are all up to date.
You can schedule appointments any time of day through our system.
If you need to contact us directly, our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. Emails, texts, and voicemails will be monitored after hours.
